By engaging with Drivaz Driving School, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
– All lessons are subject to availability.
– Lessons can be booked online and over the phone.
– All payments for the lesson must be remitted directly to the instructor via a bank transfer.
– Payments should be completed at least 48 hours prior to the commencement of the lesson.
– Course details, including duration and inclusions, will be provided before enrollment.
– Full payment for courses is required before commencement.
– Instructors are assigned based on availability and compatibility with the learner’s preferences.
– Requests for specific instructors will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.
– Instructors may be changed due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify learners of any changes promptly.
– Learners must meet legal requirements for driving eligibility.
– Any medical conditions affecting driving ability must be disclosed.
– Learners are expected to be punctual for lessons.
– Late arrivals may result in a shortened lesson.
– Mutual respect between learners and instructors is expected.
– Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
– Safety is our top priority. Learners must adhere to all safety instructions provided by instructors.
– All course materials provided by Drivazare for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without consent.
– We are committed to addressing concerns promptly and finding fair resolutions.
– These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
– To secure lesson times for Intensive Courses, a 50% payment is required before commencement.
– All intensive course payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in these Terms and Conditions.
– All Intensive Courses must be completed within 6 months from the date of the first lesson, unless a valid reason is provided, such as a medical issue.
– Any remaining hours from the course will be forfeited after six months from the date of the first lesson unless an alternative arrangement is agreed upon with the instructor.
– Your instructor is entitled to withdraw his car for the usage of your test if he feels you are not ready.
– A minimum of 5 working days’ notice will be provided.
– In the event that the instructor’s car is not roadworthy for the test, he will do his utmost best to find you a like-for-like car. However, this is not guaranteed.
– You are required to give a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to your instructor should you wish to cancel a lesson.
– Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a charge at the normal lesson rate.
– For intensive courses, if you choose to cancel before commencing any lessons, you will lose 50% of the course payment unless a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice is given.
– If you started your intensive course and choose to cancel, then you will forfeit any remaining hours you have paid for.
